Abstract:
An equipment support (20) includes an equipment supporting portion (22) to a support patient care equipment (23), a downwardly extending coupler (24) coupled to the equipment supporting portion (22), an upper lock (26) and a lower lock (28). The coupler (24) has upper and lower portions (100, 102) configured for receipt in upper and lower sockets (38, 78), respectively. The upper lock (26) moves to a locking position to lock the upper portion (100) to the upper socket (38) as the lower lock (28) moves to an unlocking position to unlock the lower portion (102) from the lower socket (78). The upper lock (26) moves to an unlocking position to unlock the upper portion (100) from the upper socket (38) as the lower lock (28) moves to a locking position to lock the lower portion (102) to the lower socket (78).
