Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a pay-by-the-hour facility which makes it easy to receive a reservation from a user, and can increase not only the convenience but also the operation efficiency of the facility. [Solution] A host 1, which is a management apparatus of a pay-by-the-hour facility for setting a utilization time and lending the facility to a user, is provided with: a user information management unit 31 which manages user information about the user and a reservation upper limit time obtained by setting a reservable upper limit time in a prescribed period of time imparted in advance to the user; a reservation information management unit 32 which manages, as reservation information, the utilization time in a range that does not exceed the reservation upper limit time and reservation date and time; and a reservation time update unit 33 which updates information about the reservation upper limit time by subtracting utilization time when the reservation is received. When the reservation date and time of the reservation information elapse or the reservation information is erased, the reservation time update unit 33 updates information about the reservation upper limit time by adding, to the reservation upper limit time, the utilization time in the reservation information.
