Abstract:
A payment system comprising an identification information acquisition unit, a first reception unit, and a second reception unit. The identification information acquisition unit acquires identification information of a product that a customer intends to purchased by the customer performing an operation on a terminal device. The first reception unit receives, from the terminal device, an instruction of payment of a first amount of money from the purchase price of the products registered by means of the identification information. The second reception unit receives, in a payment device, an instruction of payment of a second amount equal to the difference between the purchase price and the first amount.
