Abstract:
Disclosed is a PC lens extrusion molding device, which pertains to the field of lens molding. The PC lens extrusion molding device comprises a main support. A beam is connected at the top of the main support, and a pneumatic device is arranged at the bottom of the beam. The pneumatic device is connected to one end of a rotating main shaft, and the other end of the rotating main shaft passes through a turntable device and a brush device to connect to a power device. The power device is fixed on a bottom support and the bottom support is connected to the other end of the main support. The invention improves lens temperature during molding and maintains a stable temperature, thus reducing deformation of the lens and increasing the yield.
