The present invention relates to a PCR reaction container having a dispensing guide, and a PCR kit comprising same, and more specifically relates to a PCR reaction container having a dispensing guide formed so as to protrude upward from a chip main body, enabling the dispensing of a sample when the nozzle tip of a pipette is inserted in the dispensing guide, and to a PCR kit comprising the reaction container.
