Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a PDCCH monitoring processing method and monitoring configuration method, and a related device. The PDCCH monitoring processing method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receiving configuration information, wherein the configuration information is used for configuring a target time-domain position of PDCCH monitoring; and the terminal determining whether the target time-domain position satisfies a PDCCH detection capability. The target time-domain position comprises at least one first time unit, and the PDCCH detection capability comprises a blind detection budget limit or a control channel element (CCE) budget limit that is defined on the basis of at least two second time units, wherein each second time unit comprises N first time units, and N is an integer greater than one.
