Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a peeler, a peeling device, and a peeling method capable of smoothly performing the work of peeling off a coating layer. The peeler comprises: a peeler body having a first member, a second member disposed facing the first member, and a first passage which is defined by the first member and the second member and in which a part of a coated wire is disposed; a blade body attached to the second member and dividing the coated wire into a coating layer and a core wire in such a way that the peeler body is relatively rotated with respect to the coated wire; a press plate portion disposed in the first member so as to face the blade body and having a press surface for pressing the coated wire toward the blade body; and a distance adjustment member for adjusting the distance between the first member and the second member. The first member defines a part of the first passage and has a first guide portion for guiding the relative movement of the peeler body with respect to the coated wire. The press plate portion more projects on the first passage side than the first guide portion.
