Abstract:
Disclosed is a pelletizer for producing bio-organic fertilizer, comprising a base, a fixing plate A mounted on one side at the top end of the base, a fixing plate B mounted on one side at the top end of the base which is away from the fixing plate A, two sets of bearing grooves provided on one side inside the fixing plate A which is away from the fixing plate B, bearings mounted inside the bearing grooves, press rollers mounted inside the bearings, pellet press molds provided evenly on outer sides of the press rollers, sliding grooves provided on sides of the pellet press molds which are close to the press rollers, and sliding blocks arranged in the sliding grooves. In the present disclosure, a bracket B, a scraper and a coil spring are used cooperatively such that a rotating fixing shaft can drive the scraper to rotate and scrape bio-organic fertilizer scaling on a housing. Meanwhile, the elasticity of the coil spring ensures that the scraper can be tightly attached to an inner side of the housing throughout, and the scraping effect of the scraper on the housing is guaranteed.
