Abstract:

The present invention relates to a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound with a modified structure and a preparation method and use thereof. The compound of the present invention can treat psoriasis effectively. Moreover, the compound of the present invention can selectively inhibit the differentiation of TH1 and TH17 cells in vitro, therefore, it can be applied to treat autoimmune diseases mediated by TH1 and TH17.
