Abstract:
The present invention relates to a peptide for diagnosing ovarian granulosa tumor cells and a use thereof and, more particularly, to an antibody, a composition and a kit using the peptide, which can be used for diagnosing ovarian granulosa tumor cells by specifically binding to a peptide consisting of an amino acid of SEQ ID NO: 21 and phosphorylation of FOXL2 serine 33 residue. The peptide consisting of the amino acid of SEQ ID NO: 21 and the antibody specifically binding thereto, according to the present invention, can specifically bind to serine, which is the 33rd amino acid of phosphorylated FOXL2, and thus is expected to be effectively used for diagnosing ovarian granulosa tumor cells.
