Abstract:
Disclosed is a peptide which has a good immunogenicity and is capable of inducing an enhanced antibody productivity and additional administration of which can enhance the production of the target antibody.
Specifically disclosed is a peptide comprising the amino acid sequence of a cell-binding motif of a cell adhesion molecule, an amino acid sequence (T) containing the amino acid sequence of a T cell epitope having an established immunological memory, an amino acid sequence (B) containing the amino acid sequence(s) of one or more specific B cell epitopes of an antigen, and the amino acid sequence of a linker peptide that is positioned between the aforesaid amino acid sequences (T) and (B) in such a manner as to link these amino acid sequences, characterized in that the amino acid sequence of said linker peptide is GKK, VKK or VVKK. Also disclosed are a medicinal composition which comprises the aforesaid peptide as the active ingredient and use of the same.
