A perforating device for a polymer material, comprising a workbench (6), a water drill (3) and a processing box (7). Support columns (8) are mounted at four corners of a lower end of the workbench, and an operation panel (9) is provided at one corner of an upper end of the workbench; a water tank (5) is provided on one side of the operation panel, and the water drill is provided on one side of the water tank; a drill rod (2) is provided at the top part of the water drill, and a drill barrel (1) is mounted at a lower end of the drill rod. The drill rod is driven by the water drill to rotate, so that the drill barrel may drill a material. During a drilling process, water will be sprayed within the drill barrel to cool the material, so that drilling quality is better. The design of the processing box is used, a filter screen (10) filters out a waste by means of the filter screen (10) within the processing box, and a lower end of the processing box may store waste water that flows out during drilling, not only protecting the environment, but also enabling waste to be better collected for use.
