Abstract:
Provided is a performance diagnostic device capable of more appropriately diagnosing the state of a machine on the basis of a frequency analysis result obtained from the state information of the machine. This performance diagnostic device that measures and diagnoses performance of a machine is provided with: an information acquisition unit for acquiring the state information of the machine; an information preprocessing unit for preprocessing the state information acquired by the information acquisition unit; a frequency feature discrimination unit for, through frequency analysis of data having undergone preprocessing by the information preprocessing unit, discriminating state frequency feature candidates, which are frequency feature candidates indicating the state of the machine, from a frequency feature indicating noise; a frequency feature estimation unit for estimating frequency features corresponding to the state of the machine from among the state frequency feature candidates on the basis of the state frequency feature candidates and the frequency feature indicating the noise; a performance measurement diagnostic unit that specifies a feature on the basis of the number and the positional relationship of the frequency features estimated by the frequency feature estimation unit and diagnoses the state of the machine; and a display unit for displaying the state of the machine on a screen.
