Claims:
CLAIMS

1 . A perfume container comprising:

-a receptacle (2) containing the perfume;

-a stopper (3) applicable to the receptacle (2);

-a stone (4) removably located in a housing (5) fashioned in said container (1 ); said stone (4) being a diamond or a ruby or an emerald.

2. The container according to claim 1 , characterised in that said housing (5) of the stone (4) is located in the stopper (3).

3. The container according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said stopper (3) contains the stone (4) and assumes an open configuration in which the stone (4) can be extracted from the stopper (3) and a closed configuration in which it defines a protective cover which envelops the stone (4).

4. The container of any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stopper (3) comprises:

- a cap (31 ) having at least a transparent portion to allow to see the stone

(4) ;

- a support (32) for the cap (31 ) to which the cap (31 ) is removably constrained.

5. The container according to claim 4, characterised in that said housing

(5) comprises a cavity (50) fashioned in the support (32); said stone (4) is partly inserted in said cavity (50) and projects externally of said cavity (50), said cap (31 ), in the closed configuration of the stopper (3), abutting a portion of the stone (4) which projects externally of the cavity (50).

6. The container according to claim 5, characterised in that the combination of the cap (31 ) and the cavity (50), in the closed configuration of the stopper (3), retains the stone (4).

7. The container according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the distance between a mouth of the cavity (50) and a part of the cap (31 ) overlying the mouth is equal to the height of the portion of the stone (4) which projects externally of the cavity (50).

8. The container according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises a vaporiser (6) for dispensing the perfume applied to the receptacle (2); said stopper (3), in a configuration in which it is applied to the receptacle (2), at least partly enveloping the vaporiser (6) and preventing accidental activations of the vaporiser (6).

A Perfume Container

Technical field

The present invention relates to a container for a perfume.

Background art

Containers are known that have decorative shapes directed at making the object more appreciable. Also known is a perfume container comprising a glass bottle in which a gem is unremovably mounted.

The container therefore also becomes a jewel.

Disclosure of the invention

The aim of the present invention is to provide a perfume container which enables gifting a precious stone while keeping the overall cost attainable. The stated technical task and specified objects are substantially achieved by a container comprising the technical features disclosed in one or more of the appended claims.

Detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention

In the appended figures of the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a parfume container.

The container 1 comprises a receptacle 2 containing the perfume. The receptacle 2 is advantageously made of glass. It preferably has a shape which evokes the cut of a diamond. By perfume is meant any scented essence present in the receptacle in liquid form.

The container 1 further comprises a stopper 3 applicable to the receptacle 2.

The container 1 preferably comprises a vaporiser 6 for dispensing the perfume. The vaporiser 6 is applied to the receptacle 2. The stopper 3, in a configuration in which it is applied to the receptacle 2, at least partly envelops the vaporiser 6 and prevents accidental activations of the vaporiser 6.

The container 1 advantageously comprises a stone 4 removably located in a housing 5 fashioned in said container 1 . The stone 4 is a diamond or a ruby or an emerald. Therefore this is a gem that can be mounted in a ring, in a brooch or otherwise by the person buying the container. In this way the cost of the stone 4 can be kept modest with respect to a situation in which the stone were mounted, and means an appreciable gift can be made. The container 1 thus becomes a casing for the stone 4.

The housing 5 of the stone 4 is advantageously located in the stopper 3. The housing 5 is counter-shaped with respect to the stone 4.

The stopper 3 contains the stone 4 and assumes an open configuration (figure 1 ) in which the stone 4 can be extracted from the stopper 3 and a closed configuration (figure 2) in which the stopper defines a protective cover which envelops the stone 4.

The stopper 3 comprises a cap 31 having at least a transparent portion so that the stone 4 is in view. In this way the stone 4, while being protected, is visible from outside the container 1 . The cap 31 is advantageously a transparent single monolithic body (for example made of a plastic material).

Further, the stopper 3 comprises a support 32 for the cap 31 to which the cap 31 is removably constrained. This means that the cap 31 can be engaged to the support 32 with a protective purpose, but also removed in order to enable access to the stone 4. The support 32 can for example be made of anodised aluminium. The support 32 comprises a mouth which enables connecting the support 32 by friction force to the receptacle 2, positioning it around the vaporiser 6. The cap 31 is preferably connected by means of a threading to the support 32. The support 32 is preferably a single monolithic body.

The housing 5 comprises a cavity 50 fashioned in the support 32. The stone 4 is partly inserted in the cavity 50. The stone 4 projects externally of the cavity 50. The cap 31 , in the closed configuration of the stopper 3, abuts a portion of the stone 4 which projects externally of the cavity 50. The distance between a mouth of the cavity 50 and a part of the cap 31 overlying the mouth is equal to the height of the portion of the stone 4 which projects externally of the cavity 50.

In this way the combination of the cap 31 and the cavity 50, in the closed configuration of the stopper 3, retains the stone 4.

The invention as it is conceived enables achieving multiple advantages. Primarily it makes available a container of a perfume which also has the function as a receptacle for a precious stone. In this way the cost of the stone is modest with respect to a situation in which the stone were already mounted on a ring or on another jewel. Further, the stone 4 will make the perfume container more precious, then to be mounted on a jewel. The stone 4 therefore has a double function. Further, the way the stopper 3 is realised enables protecting the stone 4, but also makes the stone 4 easily visible from the outside.

The invention as it is conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variants, all falling within the scope of the inventive concept characterising it. Further, all the details can be replaced with other technically-equivalent elements. In practice, all the materials used, as well as the dimensions, can be any according to requirements.
