Abstract:
Provided is a device for enabling an operator of a work machine to recognize the presence or absence of any object on the periphery of the work machine with an information amount that is appropriate in terms of avoiding loss in concentration of the operator of the work machine. When a state of operation of an operation device 400 by an operator is a "first operation state" and an object exists in a space of interest around a work machine 200, an alert is output in a "first mode". When a state of operation of the operation device 400 by the operator is a "second operation state" and an object exists in the space of interest around the work machine 200, an alert is output in a "second mode" in which the information amount is greater than in the "first mode".
