Abstract:
Provided is a permanent-magnet machine, comprising a magnet support frame (9), permanent magnets (10, 11), magnetic conductors (8, 12), a slide block support base apparatus (6), gear sets (1, 3) and gear racks (2, 4) equipped with one-way bearings, a bevel gear pair and toothed-disc support bracket (21), a support drum (20), support end caps (14, 22, 23), and an output shaft (24). The permanent magnets (10, 11) are mounted on the two sides of the magnet support frame (9), respectively, and the magnetic conductors (8, 12) are mounted on the slide block support base apparatus (6). The slide block support base apparatus (6) is also equipped with the gear racks (2, 4), and the gear racks (2, 4) are connected to the gear sets (1, 3) equipped with one-way bearings. The magnetic conductors (8, 12), under the magnetic attractive force of the permanent magnets (10, 11), drives the slide block support base apparatus (6) to move reciprocatingly. During the reciprocating motion of the slide block support base apparatus (6), the gear racks (2, 4) drive the gears (1, 3) equipped with one-way bearings to rotate, and the gears (1, 3) equipped with one-way bearings drive the drive shaft (15) to rotate in one direction, transferring the force to a bevel pinion (16), driving the bevel pinion (16) to rotate. The bevel pinion (16) is driven by the drive shaft (15) to rotate a toothed disc (17). The toothed disc (17) is mounted on the toothed-disc support bracket (21), and the toothed-disc support bracket (21) is connected to the output shaft (24). The output shaft (24) is driven by the bevel pinion (16) and then rotated by means of the toothed-disc support bracket (21), achieving power output.
