Abstract:
A permanent magnet motor with a heat dissipation structure, comprising a heat dissipation cavity (21, 31, 221) formed in a stator (30) and/or a rotor (20). The heat dissipation area is increased from a heating source, and one or more heat dissipation channels are formed by combining an opening (142, 144, 124) formed on a casing (10) as an air inlet and an air outlet. The heat dissipation cavity (21, 31, 221) can be formed at a position with relatively small magnetic flux in magnetic field distribution on the rotor body (24) and/or the stator (30), so that the magnetic circuit and the motor performance are not influenced. The air convection speed can be increased by means of the rotation of a fan (42, 44), so that external air can enter the motor from the air inlet (142, 124), the heat is circulated along one or more heat dissipation channels, and the heat generated by the motor in operation is taken away from the system. The heat dissipation efficiency is high, the heat dissipation effect is good, a heat dissipation device does not need to be additionally provided, the volume advantage can be guaranteed, the quality of the motor is optimized by forming the cavity and the through hole, the motor is lighter than a motor with the same performance in weight, and the quality advantage can be guaranteed.
