Abstract:
A permanent magnet synchronous motor MTPA control method and apparatus, a system and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring in real time a torque current setpoint output by a rotational speed regulator (S101); calculating in real time d-axis and q-axis current setpoints according to a preset trajectory planning formula, wherein the preset trajectory planning formula is based on a quadratic function between the d-axis and q-axis current setpoints under an MTPA condition, and is generated by performing rotation parameter identification on the permanent magnet synchronous motor in advance (S102); and outputting the d-axis and q-axis current setpoints to a current loop in real time to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor to operate at MTPA based on d-axis and q-axis voltage setpoints output by the current loop (S103). Since MTPA trajectory planning is performed based on a trajectory planning formula which better reflects the actual operation condition of the motor, an energy-saving operation insensitive to inductance self-saturation and cross-saturation of the motor can be achieved. The algorithm complexity is low, the calculation time consumption is low, and the dynamic response rate of the motor is not reduced.
