Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of solar cells, and discloses a perovskite solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor, and a tandem solar cell, for use in enhancing the electron transport capability of an electron transport layer, and facilitating the improvement of the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a perovskite solar cell comprising the electron transport layer. The perovskite solar cell comprises: a light absorption layer, a hole transport layer, and an electron transport layer. The hole transport layer is formed at one side of the light absorption layer. The electron transport layer is formed at the side of the light absorption layer facing away from the hole transport layer. The materials of the electron transport layer comprise tin dioxide and a tin oxide. The stoichiometric ratio of the tin element to the oxygen element in the tin oxide is greater than 1:2 and less than or equal to 1:1. The manufacturing method for a perovskite solar cell is used for manufacturing the perovskite solar cell. A top cell comprised in the tandem solar cell is the perovskite solar cell.
