Abstract:
The present application provides a perovskite solar cell. The perovskite solar cell structurally comprises a transparent upper electrode, a first charge transport layer, a perovskite layer, a reflection-enhancing charge transport layer, a second charge transport layer and a lower electrode in sequence. By using the reflection-enhancing charge transport layer, the energy conversion efficiency of a solar cell can be improved. The present application further provides a preparation method for the perovskite solar cell, and an electric device comprising the perovskite solar cell.
