Abstract:
The present application discloses a perovskite solar cell structure. The cell structure comprises a stacked structure composed of an electrically conductive layer, a first charge transport layer, a perovskite light absorbing layer, a second charge transport layer, and a metal electrode layer, arranged in sequence, the stacked structure having multiple groups of scribed grooves, each group of scribed grooves at least comprising a first scribed groove, and a second scribed groove nested in the first scribed groove; each of the first scribed grooves penetrating through a stack layer of the first charge transport layer and the perovskite light absorbing layer, and being filled with the second charge transport layer; the second scribed groove nested in the first scribed groove penetrating through the second charge transport layer to the conductive layer and being filled with the metal electrode layer, and the side wall of the first scribed groove and the side wall of the second scribed groove being isolated by the filled second charge transport layer, so that corrosion of the metal electrode and degradation of device performance caused by direct contact between the metal electrode layer and the perovskite light absorbing layer are avoided, and stability of the perovskite solar cell is improved.
