Abstract:
In order to distance the persistent current switch unit (4) from a low-temperature-side high heat conductor (3) when heating a persistent current switch unit (4), a micrometer head (11) outside of a vacuum container (16) is operated to move a high heat conductor (5) integrated with the persistent current switch unit (4) away from the low-temperature-side high heat conductor (3). Further, in order to bring the persistent current switch unit (4) closer to the low-temperature-side high heat conductor (3) when cooling the persistent current switch unit (4), the micrometer head (11) outside of the vacuum container (16) is operated to move the high heat conductor (5) integrated with the persistent current switch unit (4) into contact with the low-temperature-side high heat conductor (3).
