The present invention provides a data management system for centrally managing accurate personal authentication and a large amount of collected medical examination data when collecting medical examination data on each person subject to a medical examination, the data measured by using a shared medical examination apparatus. The present invention can be achieved by a personal authentication and medical examination data management system for a group medical examination, for centrally managing the personal authentication of persons subject to the medical examination and collected medical examination data in a group medical examination, the system comprising: a health management server which is equipped with a large-capacity data memory for storing the collected medical examination data via a public communication network, and enables the use of the medical examination data; a shared medical examination apparatus which has a QR code that is visibly attached, is connected to the health management server via the public communication network, and includes a communication control unit that transmits measured medical examination data to the health management server; and a person-subject-to-medical-examination terminal which includes a camera that captures an image of the QR code, a program installed so as to be able to analyze the information on the QR code captured by the camera, and a communication control unit that transmits the information on the QR code to the health management server together with the personal authentication information on the person subject to the medical examination.
