The present invention relates to a personal mobility device comprising: a body having a tube formed therein, one side of the tube being closed and the other side being open; a cable which is arranged inside the tube and moves along the tube; a first structure of a locking device that is connected to one end of the cable and at least partly exposed to the outside; and a sensing module for sensing movement of the cable.
