A personal watercraft that includes at least one stepper (18,19). Each stepper (18,19) is pivotally associated with a propulsion member (24) that is moveable in a generally vertical direction so that the propulsion member (24) is in a first position during downward motion of the stepper (18,19) and a second position during upward motion of the stepper (18,19).
