Abstract:
Disclosed are a personalized intelligent catering method and system based on a user condition. The method comprises: acquiring personal information, a physical condition, a diet requirement and diet aspirations input by a user; calculating an edible calorific value and various required nutriment values of a nutritional recipe this time; performing an analysis to obtain the probability of the user lacking or overeating various nutriments; and performing calculation to generate a personalized nutritional recipe corresponding to a personal diet preference. The system comprises: an information acquisition module, a nutrition calculation module, a nutrition analysis module, a diet recipe generation module and a diet recipe display module. According to the present invention, personalized nutritional recipes can be generated for different users; recipes most easily satisfying nutritional requirements can be automatically selected, so that the calculation difficulty and time are greatly reduced; while reasonable and scientific matching is performed, and personal preferences of the users can be taken into consideration, thereby effectively improving the practicability of the nutritional recipes; moreover, the present invention can be widely applied in daily life.
