Abstract:
A PET bottle (1) capable of forming a decorative part in a variety of distinctive shapes and also increasing a purchase desire of a user by the decorative part because a bottle main body is divided into a base part and the decorative part and decompression panels are provided on a base part side, comprising a bottle main body (2) and a cap (21) installed detachably at a mouth part (16) of the bottle main body (2), the bottle main body (2) being formed of a thermoplastic resin and comprising a base part (3) in bottomed cylindrical shape and the decorative part (10) on the upper side of the base part (3), a plurality of decompression panels (5) being provided on the base part (3) to prevent the bottle main body (2) from being deformed or damaged by an increase or decrease of pressure inside the bottle main body (2), the decorative part (10) being formed in an animal shape.
