Abstract:
A pet defecation device according to the present invention comprises: a pad unit forming a defecation space; a load cell unit connected to the pad unit and formed to detect the weight applied to the defecation space; a solid substance supply unit including a solid substance storage unit that accommodates solid substances to be supplied to the defecation space, a solid substance supplier formed to discharge the solid substances from the solid substance storage unit to the defecation space, and a solid substance detection unit formed to detect the amount of the solid substances accommodated in the solid substance storage unit; and a control unit for generating a solid substance shortage signal by determining whether the solid substances are insufficient on the basis of detection results of the solid substance detection unit and the load cell unit.
