Abstract:
Disclosed is a PETx polymer, characterized in that in the polymer, a first poly-L-lysine is the main skeleton; the side chains thereof are successively linked with a first polyethylene glycol and a second poly-L-lysine; the second poly-L-lysine is linked with a second polyethylene glycol and a third polyethylene glycol in a saturated manner without extra amino groups; and an end of the third polyethylene glycol is linked with a functional group, wherein the first poly-L-lysine and the second poly-L-lysine have the same or different chain length, and the first polyethylene glycol, the second polyethylene glycol and the third polyethylene glycol have the same or different chain length. Preferably, the PETx polymer is PLL-g-{PEGk-PLL-g-[(PEGj-biological recognition group)y%(PEGi)1-y%]}x%, wherein i, j, k, m and n are all integers greater than or equal to 1, j is not equal to i, and both x and y are in the range of greater than 0 and less than 100. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the PETx polymer and a three-dimensional thorn-like sensor interface based on the PETx polymer. According to the present invention, a three-dimensional functional interface can be formed on the surface of the sensor; in addition, the content of biological recognition groups and polyethylene glycol per unit of area of the sensor is greatly increased.
