Abstract:
Use of a composition of an FAK inhibitor, a substance for inducing immunogenic cell death, and an immune checkpoint inhibitor in preparing a drug for treating a tumor. The substance for inducing immunogenic cell death is an RNA polymerase II inhibitor, an ALK/ROS1 inhibitor, a KRAS G12C inhibitor, or a KRAS G12D inhibitor. The immune checkpoint inhibitor is an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody, a PD-1/PD-L1 small molecule inhibitor, or a TIGIT antibody. Provided is a pharmaceutical combination product of an FAK inhibitor, a substance for inducing immunogenic cell death, and an immune checkpoint inhibitor for use in treating a tumor. Provided is an FAK inhibitor for use in enhancing immunogenic cell death induced by the substance for inducing immunogenic cell death in the treatment of a tumor.
