Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating arthritis, comprising, as an active ingredient, an Achyranthes japonica Nakai root extract or pimaric acid and kaurenoic acid isolated therefrom, and thus the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food.
