Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating liver fibrosis, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains exosomes surface-modified with vitamin A as active ingredients. The exosomes surface-modified with vitamin A, which are active ingredients of the present invention, are purified ingredients which contain genes, proteins, growth factors, and the like related to the cell proliferation, differentiation, and regeneration of stem cells, and do not contain harmful factors of antibiotics, serum, or culture media. The exosomes have the characteristic of specifically targeting hepatic stellate cells, and therefore have remarkable effects as compared with existing exosomes.
