Title:
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, MEGASPHAERA, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/208225
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are Megasphaera sp. strains preserved in Guangdong Microbial Culture Collection Center, with preservation numbers of GDMCC No: 62001, GDMCC No: 62000, and GDMCC No: 61999, respectively. 16S rRNAs of the strains are set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 1-3, respectively. The bacterial strains produce high yields of butyric acid and/or acetic acid. Further provided is use of the strains in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating tumors.
