Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Interstitial Fibrosis and Tubular Atrophy (IFTA) acting as a functional antagonist for S1PR1 and S1PR4 of S1P receptors, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition including, as an active ingredient, a sphingolipid compound which does not cause cardiovascular side effects by acting as a functional antagonist for S1PR1 and S1PR4 and has an effect of preventing or treating Interstitial Fibrosis and Tubular Atrophy (IFTA).
