Abstract:
The present invention provides a new pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing cancer having as an active ingredient a polynucleotide derived from various miRNAs associated with cancer, a combination pharmaceutical of this pharmaceutical composition and another antitumor agent, and a method for treating a subject having cancer or preventing cancer by using this pharmaceutical composition or combination pharmaceutical. The present invention pertains to a pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing cancer including as an active ingredient a polynucleotide including a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2 (however, when at least part of the polynucleotide is DNA, uracil in the region corresponding to the DNA in the base sequence is replaced with thymine).
