Title:
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING SEVERE COMPLEX IMMUNODEFICIENCY COMPRISING FUSION PROTEIN OF CELL PENETRATING PEPTIDE AND ADENOSINE DEAMINASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/240429
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition comprising, as an active ingredient, a fusion protein of a cell penetrating peptide and adenosine deaminase, wherein the composition can be efficiently used for treating severe complex immunodeficiency due to the increased cell permeability of adenosine deaminase.
