Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a bromo domain inhibitor and cyclosporine A, or acceptable salts thereof as effective ingredients for prevention or treatment of cancer. The pharmaceutical composition can effectively induce cancer cells, preferably leukemia cells to undergo apoptosis, thus preventing or treating leukemia.
