Abstract:
Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising, as an active ingredient, (-)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl] ureido]-propoxy]-2-(1H)-quinoline which has pharmacological effects such as excellent anti-thrombotic effect and vascular neointimal formation-inhibiting effect and exhibiting an excellent property of eluting the active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition comprising granules prepared from a mixture of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and/or hydroxypropylcellulose in the powdery form and (-)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl] ureido]-propoxy]-2-(1H)-quinoline in the powdery form.
