Abstract:
Provided are a pharmaceutical salt of fingolimod, a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing same and the use thereof. The pharmaceutical salt of fingolimod is a salt formed from a fingolimod free base and an organic acid having at least six carbon atoms. The pharmaceutical salt of fingolimod has better solubility and stability, and a good market prospect.
