Abstract:
Provided are a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and crystal form of an OTR inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. In particular, provided are a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and crystal form of an OTR inhibitor 5-(3-(3-(6-fluoronaphthalen-1-yl)azetidin-1-yl)-5-(methoxymethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-2-methoxypyridine and a preparation method thereof. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt improves the dissolution rate of free alkali of the OTR inhibitor and physical or chemical stability of the same and is of great significance in developing a drug suitable for industrial production and having good biological activity.
