Abstract:
The present invention compensates for phase noise with high accuracy without requiring a significant increase in calculation amount and device scale. A phase noise compensation device (10) is used in a demodulation device that demodulates a transmission signal modulated by a modulation technique that uses phase information for data identification. A phase detector (11) detects a phase error in a received pilot symbol series included in a received symbol series. A first filter (12) refers to the phase error in a time series and sequentially estimates a first phase noise component. A second filter (13) refers to the phase error in a counter time series and sequentially estimates a second phase noise component. A synthesis processing unit (14) estimates a phase noise component of the received symbol on the basis of phase error and the estimation values for the estimated first phase noise component and the estimated second phase noise component. A phase rotator (15) rotates the phase of the received symbol on the basis of the estimated phase noise component of the received symbol.
