Abstract:
According to the present invention, a phase-shift circuit comprises a first capacitor (1) and a first switching element (2) that are connected in series between a first input/output node (IO1) and a second input/output node (IO2), a first inductor (3) that is connected between the first input/output node (IO1) and the second input/output node (IO2), a second capacitor (4) that is connected between the first input/output node (IO1) and a second connection node (N2), a third capacitor (5) that is connected between the second connection node (N2) and the second input/output node (IO2), a second switching element (6) that is connected between the second connection node (N2) and a ground node (G), and a second inductor (7) that is connected between the second connection node (N2) and the ground node (G). When the first switching element (2) is on and the second switching element (6) is off, the second capacitor (4), the third capacitor (5), and the second inductor (7) operate as a T-type high-pass filter circuit, and the first capacitor (1) and the first inductor (3) function as an LC parallel resonant circuit. When the first switching element (2) is off and the second switching element (6) is on, the first inductor (3), the second capacitor (4), and the third capacitor (5) operate as a π-type low-pass filter circuit.
