Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Provided are a phase shifter and an antenna. The phase shifter of the present invention comprises: a base; a signal electrode, and a first reference electrode and a second reference electrode respectively provided at two sides of an extending direction of the signal electrode; an interlayer insulating layer provided on one side, away from the base, of each of the signal electrode, the first reference electrode and the second reference electrode; and at least one phase control unit, each of the at least one phase control unit comprising a membrane bridge; the signal electrode is located in a space enclosed by the membrane bridge and the base, and two ends of the membrane bridge respectively overlap orthographic projections of the first reference electrode and the second reference electrode on the base; at least some of the phase control units each further comprise at least one driving structure located between the base and the interlayer insulating layer, the driving structure at least comprising a driving electrode; at least some of the driving structures and the signal electrode have different heights in the direction away from the base; and in each phase control unit, an orthographic projection of the driving structure on the base at least partially overlaps that of the membrane bridge on the base.
