Abstract:
The present invention provides a phase shifter and an antenna. In the phase shifter, a signal line and a reference electrode are arranged on the side close to a dielectric layer of a same substrate or different substrates among a first substrate and a second substrate; the phase shifter is divided into straight units and bent units along a direction of extension of the signal line, wherein the signal line comprises first signal sub-lines corresponding to the straight units and second signal sub-lines corresponding to the bent units, and the reference electrode comprises first reference sub-electrodes corresponding to the straight units and second reference sub-electrode corresponding to the bent units; the second signal sub-lines and the second reference sub-electrodes corresponding to the bent units are configured to enable the impedance of a bent unit to match with the impedance of an adjacent straight unit and/or to match with the impedance of another adjacent bent unit. The phase shifter and the antenna can implement impedance matching of a bent unit with an adjacent straight unit or bent unit, thereby implementing good radio frequency signal transmission.
