Abstract:
A phase synchronization circuit according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a signal generation unit that has a plurality of delay units connected in series, and can output a first signal resulting from delaying an inputted signal; a voltage supply unit that can supply, on the basis of the phase difference between the first signal and a reference signal, a voltage controlling the plurality of delay units; and a control unit that can individually change the delay amounts of the plurality of delay units.
