Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicines. Disclosed are phenyl-substituted dihydronaphthyridine compounds and preparation and use thereof. The compound disclosed by the present invention is represented by formula I, and can be used as a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist for treating, preventing, or alleviating hyperaldosteronism, diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, heart failure (including chronic heart failure and the like), sequelae of myocardial infarction, liver cirrhosis, renal failure, stroke, and other diseases of patients.
