Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutic preparations, and in particular, to a phloretin-isoniazid cocrystal and a preparation method therefor. The phloretin-isoniazid cocrystal of the present invention is a cocrystal of phloretin and isoniazid, wherein a stoichiometric ratio of phloretin to isoniazid is 1:1. The preparation method for the phloretin-isoniazid cocrystal comprises the following steps: weighing phloretin and isoniazid in proportion, adding the phloretin and the isoniazid into a solvent, stirring until the phloretin and the isoniazid are completely dissolved, uniformly mixing for 12-15 h at 300-400 r/min, slowly evaporating the mixed solution at room temperature after the uniform mixing, completely volatilizing the solvent after 3-5 days to obtain a large number of crystals, and drying the crystals to obtain the cocrystal. Compared with phloretin and a phloretin-isoniazid mixture, the equilibrium solubility and the dissolution rate of the phloretin-isoniazid cocrystal in the present invention in an environment with pH values of 1.2 and 6.8 are obviously improved.
