Abstract:
According to the present invention, provided is a phosphor composition represented by chemical formula AB(1-x-y)CO4:xCr(3+),yYB(3+), wherein: x is in the range of 0.03 ≤ x ≤ 1; y is in the range of 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.2; A is at least one selected from Li, Na, K and Rb; B is at least one selected from Sc and Y; and C is at least one selected from Al, Si and Ge.
