Abstract:
A phosphor device (1) comprises: a substrate member (10); and a wavelength conversion member (20) having at least a fluorescent section (21) and a light-reflecting section (22). The fluorescent section (21) and the substrate member (10) are adhered with a transparent adhesive layer (30) having flexibility in a state after adhesion therebetween. A main component of the fluorescent section (21) is a phosphor ceramic, and the thickness of the fluorescent section (21) is 200 µm or greater. Of the fluorescent section (21) and the substrate member (10), the value of the linear expansion coefficient of the one having the smaller linear expansion coefficient is 97% or less the value of the linear expansion coefficient of the one having the larger linear expansion coefficient.
