(In the formula, MA represents one or more elements that are selected from the group consisting of Ca, Ba, Na, K, Y, Gd and La; MB represents one or more elements that are selected from the group consisting of Li, Mg and Zn; MC represents one or more elements that are selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, Ga, In and Sc; X represents one or more elements that are selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br and I; Re represents one or more elements that are selected from the group consisting of Eu, Ce, Pr, Tb and Dy; and a, b, c, d, e, f, x and y respectively satisfy 0.8 ≤ a ≤ 1.2, 1.4 ≤ b ≤ 2.6, 1.4 ≤ c ≤ 2.6, 1.1 ≤ d ≤ 2.9, 1 ≤ e ≤ 2.9, 0.0 ≤ f ≤ 0.1, 0.0 < x ≤ 0.2 and 0.0 < y ≤ 0.7.)
